A good fit for smaller teams with regular cloud, video and voice use, where both uploading and downloading matter to daily work.
Clear Business pricing
The primary Business plan prices are ex GST, with the corresponding incl GST amount shown on each plan card.
Signup calculates your selected plan and add-ons together. GST at 15% is added to the combined Business subtotal to show your GST-inclusive monthly total. Review that total before submitting; any applicable wholesale network pricing difference is confirmed with you before proceeding.
Modem and calling options
Business Signup offers BYOD with a compatible modem, Basic modem rental and Premium modem rental. Review the available modem details there before selecting. Support for third-party modem configuration may be limited.
You can also choose an optional landline and calling pack. Listed Business add-on prices are ex GST; GST is added to the combined plan and add-on subtotal.
Plan your installation or transition
- Choose MAX or PRO and select your modem and optional extras.
- Submit Signup with your service address and contact details.
- Confirm the connection. Our team checks availability and the wholesale network serving your address.
- Confirm applicable pricing. If your network affects the final price, we confirm this with you before proceeding.
- Coordinate the next steps. We contact you about installation or activation arrangements and any existing service details needed for the transition.
If you are moving an existing service, discuss the transition with us before cancelling it with your current provider.

Are Business prices ex GST?
Yes. Primary Business plan prices and listed add-on prices are ex GST. The plan cards also show each plan's GST-inclusive amount.
Where can I see the total including GST?
Signup shows the combined monthly subtotal for your plan and selected extras, the GST amount and the incl GST total. GST at 15% applies to the combined Business subtotal.
Can I use my own modem?
Yes, provided it is compatible with your service and connection type. Select BYOD during Signup and review the support limitations. Basic and Premium modem rental options are also available.

What happens after Signup?
iTelco checks your service address, availability and network details, confirms any applicable pricing difference, and contacts you about installation or activation arrangements.
How is availability confirmed?
Our team confirms your address and fibre availability before installation is scheduled. Signup is a request for service; it does not provide immediate availability confirmation.
Can I add a landline or calling pack?
Yes. Select the optional landline and a calling pack during Signup. The listed Business add-on prices are ex GST and are included in the subtotal before GST is added.
